Hello and welcome to our website, I’m Michelle Douglas-Allison the founder of uniqueone.

I’m happy to share with you that I’m fulfilling my life with the perfect job; assisting individuals, groups, families and organizations to create their lives in the way that they want them, through coaching, training, breakthrough sessions and personal development programmes .

I’m an associate of both people development and training consultancies of which I design and deliver innovative personal development and training solutions.

I work as a volunteer for Family Link; supporting and working with families in various communities. I am a business ambassador with Durham Education Business Partnership, supporting schools and their pupils on a variety of work related learning activities. And I’m a volunteer for Young Enterprise North East, supporting the delivery of enterprising education programmes in schools.

Prior to establishing uniqueone, I worked within a customer service environment and it was here that I gained my passion for developing others. Throughout my various roles; Customer Service Manager, Team Coach, Project Co-coordinator and Trainer I developed a wealth of experience and understanding of people and realized my natural ability to help others to fulfil their dreams.

I’m now a certified Master Practitioner of Neuro Linguistics Programming (NLP), Time Line Therapy ® and Hypnotherapy. And in addition to this I am a certified Master Trainer of Performance Management systems, a Reiki practitioner, and have trained in photo reading.
